用tf的人多了，所以送的算力才越来越少

兄弟，我也碰到了这个情况，怎么解决呢
而且百度提供免费的GPU算力，也不是白给的，推广paddle嘛。
而且paddle2.0也推出了，接口也更规范，paddle也挺不错的，可以学习使用下
平台似乎只能用paddlepaddle框架，tensorflow和pytorch都不能用呢
