在虚拟机上安装PaddleOCR时 提示numpy==1.13.3没有合适的包。然后我用其他镜像站下载安装时报错。不知道什么原因，求大神支招！！

执行的命令是：python3 -m pip install numpy==1.13.3 -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
